WHEN AND WHERE? • The Berlin Disco Bombing happened at La Belle discothèque in West Berlin, Germany in 1986.

SEE WHAT HAPPENED WAS… • On April 5, 1986, there was a bombing terrorist attack on the La Belle discothèque in West Berlin, Germany. • The La Belle Club was a place that was frequently accommodated by American soldiers. • There was a bomb placed under the DJ’s booth and it was said to have exploded at 1: 45 A. M.

WHO DID THIS? !? !? • Libya was blamed for the bombing after telex messages had been intercepted from Libya to the Libyan East Berlin embassy • Libyan spies, Musbah Abdulghasem Eter, Mohammed Chreidi, Ali Chanaa, and Verena Chanaa, were convicted of murder.
