Use Case • In general, Trainings are being identified for 2 types of target audience : • Trainings for Internals (Barco employees) • Trainings for Customers (Business Partners or End-users) • Trainings requests for Customers can be raised via the following sources : – – Via projects Via Sales / Prospects Via Support Online (public or partner) via My. Barco. com • Customer Trainings can be ‘Standard’ or ‘Custom’. – Standard Trainings can be published and scheduled OR can be given on demand (catalogue modus) – Custom trainings are based upon specific/developed content. Custom trainings can become part of Standard Training catalogue if applicable • Decision upon customized versus standardized training delivery is considered to be division-specific. Registration process itself should/could be the same across divisions In the longer term : consider the opportunity to manage trainings for Customers more from a value and/or profit center approach • 3
