St Dunstans/Bourne way Site Management • Currently Persimmon • Future Residents/ Agents – Responsible for: • Grass cutting • Highways including street lighting, curbs, roads • All paths • Play area maintenance • Fencing • Gas storage • The Parish Council has no responsibilities on the site Seymour Pond adjacent land to transfer to Parish Council which will be responsible for management aspects. 20/10/2021 8
