Metrics Before practical completion i. e. production and construction phases Materials metrics Target Material intensity (kg/m 2) - for structure, shell and space layers as a minimum Recycled content (%) (% by value) for minerals, metals, glass, plastics 20 Reused content (%) (% by value) for all materials Other resources metrics Target Embodied energy from non-renewables (k. Wh and J/m 2 (GIA and NIA)) Energy used on site from non-renewables (k. Wh and J/m 2 (GIA and NIA)) After practical completion i. e. operation phase, end of life and beyond Materials metric Target Repair and replacement quantities (kg) for all materials - Future Bill of Materials
