Mississippi State Plan Food Insecurity Physical Activity Social Connectedness Convene food insecurity council or task force to improve food security with an equitable approach during COVID-19 Convene a meeting of existing and new PA partners to educate on physical activity access, healthy equity and COVID-19. Develop partnership with AAA, PDDs addressing social isolation among older adults living in poverty.
