What makes a good sentence? All writing begins with a great sentence! Before we can move to a great essay, we have to write a great paragraph- and the great paragraphs start with great sentences! What does a good sentence include?
What makes a good sentence? A sentence is a complete thought. It has a subject and a predicate. The subject is who or what the sentence is about. The predicate is what the subject is, does, or has. Example: James is a teacher. This sentence is about James is the subject. The rest of the sentence tells what James is- is a teacher is the predicate.
