(Found right before Friday night Davening) * should not have 7 boxes, only 1!

BS”D WHAT’S THIS? This means that the levels written on the card don’t HAVE TO be in that specific order. For example, it is ok to decide to say long tachanun before deciding to hear the words you say.
Do I Look Ready to Greet Moshiach? Each term, pick a new Hachlata from any category of Tznius. Machshava, Dibur, or Maaseh, and work on it for that term. It is 2 points every day that you do it. Listed are some suggestions, but you are not limited to those. 1. Knees - Give yourself points if your knees were covered all day - standing, sitting, getting in and out of a car - all the time : )! 2. Neckline– Neckline should be completely covered at all times 3. Elbows– covered even when reaching up, working etc. 4. Waist and back - Covered at all times even while bending down, reaching up etc. 5. Plus Two - If you got all the above points one day. . You get plus two for your efforts!
You will be receiving the Stat Sheet on a laminated card. Fill it in each daily to keep it as accurate as possible. At the end of the week you should fill out the “Log Sheet” with your totals, and email it to your PT!! Keep track of your points so you can see your growth!! BS”D
