BRIDGE FARM RIDING SCHOOL Smithy Fen, Cottenham, CB 4 8 PT 01954 252284 www. bridgefarmschool. co. uk 3 (in one) DAY EVENTING Friday 25 th July 2008 09: 00 – 16: 00 Entries will be split into 3 classes depending on age and ability and will then compete in 3 different events on the horse/pony they are allocated. 1. Dressage – Entries will have to complete a set dressage test. The test will be set by us and will be given to the entries at lease 1 week before the event. Entries will score points for each stage of the test, effective changes of pace and general attitude. 2. Cross Country – Entries will be shown around the course with each stage explained and discussed. Everyone will then have to complete the course which will be timed. Entries will score points for each part of the course, overall time and general attitude. LUNCH TIME 3. Show Jumping – Finally entries will compete around a jumping course. Entries will be timed and will get penalty points for any knocked downs and refusals. After all 3 events have been completed entries will give all the horses/ponies a good groom while the points are added up and the final places worked out. Rosettes for 1 st – 6 th place in each class. Riders can pick their top 3 wish list of horses/ponies they would like for the event however final allocations will be made by us on the day based on what is best for all. £ 25. 00 each, £ 10. 00 deposit required to book your space – LIMITED SPACES.
