FAQs Ø Do we need to change our SAP / ERP system to send Invoice / Debit Note / Receipt Voucher to Dealers? § No. SAP / Other ERPs need to trigger outbound Invoice to Dealer’s E-mail in Idoc or XML. Your Dealer will get invoice for automated accounting process. Ø What if our Dealers are using different Accounting Software? § We are universal EDI platform and will support multiple accounting software including Tally ERP, Busy, Quick Books, Marg and other accounting software which permit third party application integration capabilities. Ø Can I use BRIDGE for Inbound Invoice from our Suppliers? § Yes. Your supplier can send you Invoice and the same can be processed into your SAP / Other ERP with Single Click Approval. Ø What is my Data Security and Privacy? § BRIDGE is a desktop application having integration capabilities with E-mail service providers and does not provide access of User Data to any third party server. BRIDGE will process e-mail attachments received from pre-specified Email IDs. Ø What are other features of BRIDGE? § BRIDGE provides Inbound Invoice (Purchase) Processing, Outbound Invoice (Sale) Sending, Ledger Reconciliation, Payment / Receipt Confirmation.
