Regulatory Legislation The Petroleum Act - 1998 • New geological / geophisical research depends on ANP authorization • By the law, the companies are oblied to give to ANP all new data acquired in petroleum exploration and explotation. • ANP should receive and maintain those and other data and make them available to the public
