Money has several features to assist you. • We are here to serve you and will respond to your requests for additional features or services.
9 BEYOND DATA PROCESSING AND TALKING TO TAXPAYERS Provide optional data fields. • Two alpha numeric, 15 -character fields to use as you choose. • Agency codes, payment posting codes or other identifiers. • These are included on each refund transaction.
10 STATISTICAL DATA • End of Month Statistical Reports • Annual Cumulative Collection Report • Portfolio Statistics Report
11 HISTORICAL DATA • The taxpayer says “You took my refund last year. ” We can look it up. • For the tax year your refund files, reports and invoices are on your site. • Each year’s data, reports and invoices are archived. • Bankruptcy documents are in a folder on your site.
12 BANKRUPTCY • When a taxpayer mentions bankruptcy, we know our next steps are to • Retrieve the documents from the national bankruptcy data base; • Put those documents in the institution’s file on the server; • Notify the institution that bankruptcy documents are available and • Record the bankruptcy on the taxpayer’s Found. Money account.
