Procedures · Start of class (first 10 mins. ) – sit quietly, update planner, do Bellwork, display homework, teacher time to take attendance. · End of class (last 5 mins. ) – end of class review, clean surroundings. · Hall Pass – student writes request on log; no pass during the first / last 10 minutes of class; teacher issues pass. · Completed work – student must show work, check answer is correct and rate mastery level. · Teacher needs attention – teacher displays “give me 5 signal” or sounds chime and students sit silently. · Student needs attention – student raises his/her hand to answer questions. · Lunch – students must form a line one behind the other and must be 3 tiles from the wall and walk quietly on the right hand, students must listen for stop and go signals.
