PHYSICAL ACTIVITY is any movement that works the larger muscles of the body, such as the arms, legs, and back muscles. Physical activity may include daily activities such as taking the stairs, raking leaves, or vacuuming, or leisure activities such as dancing, hiking, or recreational sports.
EXERCISE is physical activity that is planned, structured, repetitive, and improves fitness.

Muscular Endurance Is how long your muscles can perform a task without getting tired. (more reps/light weight)
Muscular Strength Is the ability of your muscles to exert a force. (less reps/heavier weight)
Muscular Strength • The key to making your muscles stronger is working them against resistance, whether that be from weights or gravity. • Muscles help support your bones and make your joints stronger. • You build muscle strength by pushing or pulling against a force such as gravity. . Muscular Endurance • If you want to improve your muscular endurance try body weight exercises Most exercises you do to improve your muscles will improve muscular strength and muscular endurance at the same time
Watch these exercises that improve your muscular strength and endurance. After the video try each exercise for 10 -15 seconds. Move slowly and safely. Watch out for your friends fingers.
