PROJECT SCHEDULE 30 -day look ahead 60 -day look ahead Ø Studiotrope Design Collective (partnered with Ford Architecture) contracted Ø CM/GC Procurement • Interviews were held Friday December 2, 2016 • GE Johnson was selected • Contract value will be for pre-con fee • GMP will be change ordered in once drawings are complete Ø Geotech RFQ to go out by end of next week Ø Programming and Schematic Design to be completed Ø Design Development to begin School District 27 J 2015 School Bond Construction Program Thank you for supporting our students!
