WHY IS BODY COMPOSITION IMPORTANT? Maintaining too low or too high body fat percentages is regarded as inadvisable for long-term health.

OBESITY BMI greater than 30. High body fat percentage. Debated whether it is considered a disease. Clear that obesity poses many health challenges.
