Access to fresh air.
Changes continued Change Impact MDT Meeting – improved structured reports (guidelines) and wider team involvement HCSW attending. Enhance communication, improve team working, reassurance for YP, BBH process and guidance booklet for staff (Leave booking, MDT reports, Rio template, safeguarding , day timetable and other variation in processes, debrief template. Improve processes, consistency, jobs shared, time saving, better patient outcomes – more therapeutic time. Less errors. Expectations and ward standards Better team working, more consistency, improved overall standards.

Focus – bringing us together to achieve goals. Re-focus on why we are here Opportunity for YP feedback and to listen to their views. Understanding amount of ‘waste’ and being able to change this.
