Blood Type and Your Health � We may have only thought that blood type is only important when it comes to blood transfusion but it’s the most important factor for your health and well being. � For example we see some people lose wight easily while others can’t no matter how hard they go on themselves. � Or we see some people are incredibly healthy even in old age while other youth are suffering from chronic illness. � The answer is easy; Blood Type.

A One-Size-Fits-All Approach to Nutrition Does Not Work � As a popular skin product works for your friend doesn’t work on yours and even gives you extra dryness, the same basic vegetarian diet or Atkins or low-crab plans do not necessarily meet your nutritional needs. � In fact the right foods allow you to lose weight, reduce inflammation, increase energy and lead a longer, healthier life.

Conclusion Blood type diet seems to be reasonable with theory, “people with the same blood type tend to be more at risk of certain diseases”, but what I think is that, first of all this diet is mostly from researching and surveys and not necessarily scientific proof, and most importantly, from what I found, this diet doesn’t really ban any sort of products from no group, which is not a good quality for a healthy diet, since surely not everything is healthy for all ages and genders. � Therefore I don’t recommend this diet to be your permanent daily diet, however it’s good to know about and to see which products go best with your blood type. If you are looking for a serious healthy diet, this is not it! � I do praise the idea that blood type is a factor for your choice of food, however the science behind the hypothesis is not strong enough and reliable enough to be considered as a healthy diet yet. �
