EXODUS 12: 21 -24 (CJB) (V) 21 THEN MOSHE CALLED FOR ALL THE LEADERS OF ISRA’EL AND SAID, “SELECT AND TAKE LAMBS FOR YOUR FAMILIES, AND SLAUGHTER THE PESACH LAMB. 22 TAKE A BUNCH OF HYSSOP LEAVES AND DIP IT IN THE BLOOD WHICH IS IN THE BASIN, AND SMEAR IT ON THE TWO SIDES AND TOP OF THE DOOR-FRAME. THEN, NONE OF YOU IS TO GO OUT THE DOOR OF HIS HOUSE UNTIL MORNING. 23 FOR ADONAI WILL PASS THROUGH TO KILL THE EGYPTIANS; BUT WHEN HE SEES THE BLOOD ON THE TOP AND ON THE TWO SIDES, ADONAI WILL PASS OVER THE DOOR AND WILL NOT ALLOW THE SLAUGHTERER TO ENTER YOUR HOUSES AND KILL YOU. 24 YOU ARE TO OBSERVE THIS AS A LAW, YOU AND YOUR DESCENDANTS FOREVER.

ROMANS 5: 18 -19 (CJB) 18 IN OTHER WORDS, JUST AS IT WAS THROUGH ONE OFFENCE THAT ALL PEOPLE CAME UNDER CONDEMNATION, SO ALSO IT IS THROUGH ONE RIGHTEOUS ACT THAT ALL PEOPLE COME TO BE CONSIDERED RIGHTEOUS. 19 FOR JUST AS THROUGH THE DISOBEDIENCE OF THE ONE MAN, MANY WERE MADE SINNERS, SO ALSO THROUGH THE OBEDIENCE OF THE OTHER MAN, MANY WILL BE MADE RIGHTEOUS.

Torah Portion Bo The Call to Holiness “No Condemnation con’t” Lesson 13 Ex. 10: 1 - 13: 16 02/01/2020
Luke 15: 17 -24 (CJB) 17 “At last he came to his senses and said, ‘Any number of my father’s hired workers have food to spare; and here I am, starving to death! 18 I’m going to get up and go back to my father and say to him, “Father, I have sinned against Heaven and against you; 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; treat me like one of your hired workers. ” ’ 20 So he got up and started back to his father. “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was moved with pity. He ran and threw his arms around him and kissed him warmly. 21 His son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against Heaven and against you; I am no longer worthy to be called your son — ’ 22 but his father said to his slaves, ‘Quick, bring out a robe, the best one, and put it on him; and put a ring on his finger and shoes on his feet; 23 and bring the calf that has been fattened up, and kill it. Let’s eat and have a celebration! 24 For this son of mine was dead, but now he’s alive again! He was lost, but now he has been found!’ And they began celebrating.

Why do we feel condemned? 1. Failure to accept and embrace what is written in the Scriptures. 2. Unconfessed, un-forsaken sin in our life, but you are mistaking conviction for condemnation.
Conviction is good, not bad; it’s something sent from heaven, not manufactured in hell!
Many believers who confuse conviction with condemnation are driven away from YHVH, always feeling rejected and therefore dejected! Some, mistaken conviction for condemnation, react in the opposite way, saying, “That feeling si not from God. I rebuke you , Satan!”
Difference between conviction and condemnation: Conviction says, “You have sinned. Come back to Me!” Condemnation says, “You are guilty, Get away from Me!”
Believe the Word! Do what it says! There is more than sufficient grace for you!
Hebrews 12: 8 (NASB) 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.
If you are truly in Yeshua. . . YOU are not condemned and should NEVER feel condemned!
Believe the Word! Do what it says!
Sin is no longer the rule of your life, it’s the exception to the rule!
You are NO longer a sinner!
Psalm 1: 1, 5 (NASB) 1 How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked Nor stand in the [a]path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers! 5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. Psalm 26: 9 -11 (CJB) 9 Don’t include me with sinners or my life with the bloodthirsty. 10 In their hands are evil schemes; their right hands are full of bribes. 11 As for me, I will live a blameless life. Redeem me and show me favor. Psalm 37: 37 -38 (CJB) 37 Observe the pure person, consider the upright; for the peaceful person will have posterity. 38 But transgressors will all be destroyed; the posterity of the wicked will be cut off. Psalm 51: 14 -15 (CJB) 14 (12) Restore my joy in your salvation, and let a willing spirit uphold me. 15 (13) Then I will teach the wicked your ways, and sinners will return to you. Psalm 104: 34 -35 (CJB) 34 May my musings be pleasing to him; I will rejoice in Adonai. 35 May sinners vanish from the earthand the wicked be no more! Bless Adonai, my soul! Halleluyah!
Proverbs 1: 10 (CJB) 10 My son, if sinners entice you, don’t go along with them. Proverbs 11: 31 (CJB) 31 If the righteous are paid what they deserve here on earth, how much more the wicked and the sinner! Proverbs 13: 6 (CJB) 6 Righteousness protects him whose way is honest but wickedness brings down the sinner. Proverbs 13: 21 -22 (CJB) 21 Evil pursues sinners, but prosperity will reward the righteous. 22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his grandchildren, but the wealth of a sinner is stored up for the righteous. Proverbs 23: 17 (CJB) 17 Don’t envy sinners, but follow the example of those who always fear God;
We are righteous. . . so we conduct ourselves righteously; In other words, to be “righteous” speaks of our conduct and actions, not just our standing before YHVH! Proverbs 3: 7 (CJB) 7 Don’t be conceited about your own wisdom; but fear Adonai, and turn from evil.
Ecclesiastes 2: 26 (CJB) 26 For to the man who is good from [God’s] viewpoint he gives wisdom, knowledge and joy; but to the sinner he gives the task of collecting and accumulating things to leave to him who is good from God’s viewpoint. This too is pointless and feeding on wind. Ecclesiastes 7: 26 (CJB) 26 I found more bitter than death the woman who is a trap, whose heart is a snare and whose hands are like prison chains. The man who pleases God will escape from her, but the sinner will be caught by her. Ecclesiastes 9: 2 (CJB) 2 Anything can happen to anyone; the same thing can happen to the righteous as to the wicked, to the good and clean and to the unclean, to someone who offers a sacrifice and to someone who doesn’t offer a sacrifice; it is the same for a good person as for a sinner, for someone who takes an oath rashly as for someone who fears to take an oath.
The world is divided into two classes: 1. The righteous, good, and clean people. 2. The wicked, bad, and unclean people!
Isaiah 1: 27 -28 (CJB) 27 Tziyon will be redeemed by justice; and those in her who repent, by righteousness. 28 “Rebels and sinners together will be broken and those who abandon Adonai be consumed. Isaiah 13: 9 (CJB) 9 Here comes the Day of Adonai, full of cruelty, rage and hot fury, to desolate the earth and destroy the sinners in it. Isaiah 33: 14 (CJB) 14 The sinners in Tziyon are frightened; trembling has seized the ungodly. “Who of us can live with the devouring fire? Who of us can live with eternal burning? ” Amos 9: 10 (CJB) 10 All the sinners among my people who say, ‘Disaster will never overtake us or confront us, ’ will die by the sword.
YHVH is NOT out to destroy and devastate you! He’s out to deliver you!
John 9: 1 -34 The word “sinner” was understood to mean a transgressor, a lawbreaker, or an enemy of YHVH! John 9: 16 (CJB) 16 At this, some of the P’rushim said, “This man is not from God, because he doesn’t keep Shabbat. ” But others said, “How could a man who is a sinner do miracles like these? ” And there was a split among them.
John 9: 24 -25 (CJB) 24 So a second time they called the man who had been blind; and they said to him, “Swear to God that you will tell the truth! We know that this man is a sinner. ” 25 He answered, “Whether he’s a sinner or not I don’t know. One thing I do know: I was blind, now I see. ” John 9: 28 -29 (CJB) 28 Then they railed at him. “You may be his talmid, ” they said, “but we are talmidim of Moshe! 29 We know that God has spoken to Moshe, but as for this fellow — we don’t know where he’s from!”
John 9: 30 -33 (CJB) 30 “What a strange thing, ” the man answered, “that you don’t know where he’s from — considering that he opened my eyes! 31 We know that God doesn’t listen to sinners; but if anyone fears God and does his will, God does listen to him. 32 In all history no one has ever heard of someone’s opening the eyes of a man born blind. 33 If this man were not from God, he couldn’t do a thing!”
Condemnation is for sinners! Romans 5: 6 -8 (CJB) 6 For while we were still helpless, at the right time, the Messiah died on behalf of ungodly people. 7 Now it is a rare event when someone gives up his life even for the sake of somebody righteous, although possibly for a truly good person one might have the courage to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in that the Messiah died on our behalf while we were still sinners. Now, being saved, we are no longer sinners!
Romans 5: 19 (CJB) 19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man, many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the other man, many will be made righteous.
Righteousness is not only imputed to us through Yeshua’s death and resurrection, we ACTUALLY become RIGHTEOUS!
1 Corinthians 14: 24 -25 (CJB) 24 But if you all prophesy, and some unbeliever or uninstructed person enters, he is convicted of sin by all, he is brought under judgment by all, 25 and the secrets of his heart are laid bare; so he falls on his face and worships God, saying, “God is really here among you!” Galatians 2: 17 (CJB) 17 But if, in seeking to be declared righteous by God through our union with the Messiah, we ourselves are indeed found to be sinners, then is the Messiah an aider and abettor of sin? Heaven forbid! Hebrews 7: 25 -26 (CJB) 25 and consequently, he is totally able to deliver those who approach God through him; since he is alive forever and thus forever able to intercede on their behalf. 26 This is the kind of cohen gadol that meets our need — holy, without evil, without stain, set apart from sinners and raised higher than the heavens; SEE THE PATTERN?
James 4: 1 -4 (CJB) 4 What is causing all the quarrels and fights among you? Isn’t it your desires battling inside you? 2 You desire things and don’t have them. You kill, and you are jealous, and you still can’t get them. So you fight and quarrel. The reason you don’t have is that you don’t pray! 3 Or you pray and don’t receive, because you pray with the wrong motive, that of wanting to indulge your own desires. 4 You unfaithful wives! Don’t you know that loving the world is hating God? Whoever chooses to be the world’s friend makes himself God’s enemy!
James 4: 8 -10 (CJB) 8 Come close to God, and he will come close to you. Clean your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, you doubleminded people! 9 Wail, mourn, sob! Let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy into gloom! 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.
James 5: 19 -20 (CJB) 19 My brothers, if one of you wanders from the truth, and someone causes him to return, 20 you should know that whoever turns a sinner from his wandering path will save him from death and cover many sins.
John 5: 24 (CJB) 24 Yes, indeed! I tell you that whoever hears what I am saying and trusts the One who sent me has eternal life — that is, he will not come up for judgment but has already crossed over from death to life!
To stay free from the thoughts of condemnation, we must learn to take YHVH at His Word! If He says, “I forgive and I forget, ” then accept it at face value!
Our Father cannot lie: Psalm 51: 1, 9 (NASB) 1 Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; According to the greatness of Your compassion blot out my transgressions. 9 Hide Your face from my sins , and blot out all my iniquities. Psalm 103: 12 (NASB) 12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. Isaiah 38: 17 (NASB) 17 “Lo, for my own welfare I had great bitterness; It is You who has kept my soul from the pit of nothingness, For You have cast all my sins behind Your back. Isaiah 43: 25 (NASB) 25 “I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins.
Jeremiah 31: 34 (NASB) 34 They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord, ’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, ” declares the Lord, “for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more. ” Micah 7: 19 (NASB) 19 He will again have compassion on us; He will tread our iniquities under foot. Yes, You will cast all [a]their sins Into the depths of the sea.
Romans 8: 1 -2 (CJB) 8 Therefore, there is no longer any condemnation awaiting those who are in union with the Messiah Yeshua. 2 Why? Because the Torah of the Spirit, which produces this life in union with Messiah Yeshua, has set me free from the “Torah” of sin and death.
So says Yeshua the Messiah and so says Satan the liar. . . Whose voice will you believe?
