Case 01 Client Organization Naman joined hands with a World-leading Gas and Engineering MNC having approximately 63, 500 employees working in more than 100 countries worldwide. In today's competitive environment, when companies have to closely monitor costs and improve efficiency, competencies of their managers and key employees are critical not only for obtaining competitive advantage, but also to survive. Therefore, considered it necessary to undertake a developmental intervention for enhancing leadership capabilities of second line leaders and align them towards organization’s Global Competencies. Why BOLT® The organization had identified 75 managers from across functions and join hands with Naman to design & execute 3 batches of customized leadership development intervention - BOLT® with following specific objectives: 1. To orient on organizational competencies. 2. To develop structured people development skills and inspire to implement. 3. Case 02 Client Organization Naman was partnered by one of India’s leading Hydro Business Manufacturing MNC. Focus unit of this company currently has around 800+ engineers & other professionals working at various levels in the organization. Top leaders of the focus unit were recruited from various organizations thus carrying different work culture and mindset for methods of working. Unifying multicultural leaders and creating a common work culture with improved interdepartmental work relationship was a concern. With large number of young talents in the organization, it became critical to have leaders who could develop young talents into effective executors. Why BOLT® The project managers of this organization were extremely talented and result oriented; however considering the increase in competition and increased level of work pressure the organization felt the need to help these managers train themselves in increasing their productivity along with maintaining a good work life balance. For Facilitating improvement in Behavioral Competencies, the client company partnered with Naman to execute Leadership Development intervention viz. BOLT®. Since above concerns were for different set of leaders, BOLT® intervention was undertaken for three batches. BOLT® Impact This systematic intervention designed with customized activities helped top level leaders from different organizations to generate cross functional team culture and develop belongingness within teams. This improved Interpersonal Relationship led participants to adapt collaborative Conflict Management skills. This intervention also helped the second line leaders to understand the important leadership aspects like delegation, prioritization and assertiveness.
