How’d it end? ➢The Pottawatomie Creek massacre was led by John Brown. ➢This was abolitionists’ response to the Sack of Lawrence. ➢This was led by John Brown, a man whom did not believe in the bondage of others. ➢In the event, only five men were killed. ➢After leaving five dead, Brown was now a fugitive. ➢Though the “Sack of Lawrence” was a violent attack, no one had been killed.
