BK Litec Inc Technology Overview Prepared for Presented

BK Litec Inc. Technology Overview Prepared for Presented by Yale Sheen Chief Operating Officer May 2016

2 BK Litec | Introduction Barriers To More Rapid LED Adoption 135 Years of Legacy Lighting Conventional LED Solutions Roadway High Bay Replacing Legacy Lighting with LED Often Requires: • Wholesale fixture replacement • Transitioning from omnidirectional to unidirectional light distribution

BK Litec | Market Need Many fixtures are worth preserving. . and require omnidirectional light 3

4 BK Litec | The S 1 High Power LED Lamp High-Power Omnidirectional LED lam Manufacturing Efficiency Installation Savings Energy Savings The S 1 bulb’s HS Frame technology requires no heatsink or PCB, eliminating 50% of the conventional LED manufacturing process. The S 1 bulb installation saves up to 90% of the up front costs typically associated with conventional LED retrofit. The S 1 bulb uses 50% less energy than conventional metal halide bulbs, while lasting more than 3 x longer.

5 BK Litec | Core Technology The HS Frame - Redefining How LED Fixtures Are Designed Heat sinks Printed circuit boards

6 BK Litec | Core Technology Eliminating Thermal Bottlenecks Conventional Structure vs. HS Frame LED Package PCB Heat Sink Heat dissipation path: Chip -> Lead Frame -> Solder -> PCB Solder Pad -> PCB -> Thermal Interface Material ->Heat Sink Heat dissipation path: Chip -> HS Frame (serves the role of lead frame / PCB / heat sink) Thermal Resistance: Over 65 K/W Thermal Resistance: Under 2 K/W Road Rage Woosah

7 BK Litec | The S 1 High Power LED Lamp Industrial & Outdoor Use Cases Unlocked Decorative Street Lamps Road Lamps (Payback Period: 2. 17 Years*) (Payback Period: 1. 75 Years**) High Bay Lamps (Payback Period: 1. 75 Years**) *Calculation based on S 1 75 w replacement of 200 w HPS @ $0. 135/kwh **Calculation based on S 1 150 w replacement of 400 w HPS @ $0. 135/kwh
