Class Rules n n All students are expected to be ON TIME for class. On times means you must be in your seat before the bell rings. Students are expected to come to class PREPARED. This means that each student must bring the following items to class everyday. Textbook 2. Loose-leaf notebook (not a spiral notebook) 3. Pen or pencil (Blue or black ink ONLY) 1.
Class Rules n n Students who are absent must see me on the day that he/she returns (Even if we don’t have class that day) to make arrangements for make -up. You are responsible for any missed assignments If you are absent on the day of a test, you will be expected to make up the test the next class day. Special circumstances will be given special consideration

Class Rules n Grading will be done on a cumulative point basis. Each assignment, quiz, etc. will be worth a certain number of points. At the end of each marking period these points are added up and your grade will be calculated on a percentage of the total. n n For example, if the total number of points for the marking period is 500 and you have gotten 450 points, your grade would be 450/500 x 100 = 90. Grades are based on tests, quizzes, labs, activities and homework.
