Study of the properties of β-galactosidase (4 lab periods) n n Determination of the amino acid sequence of a dipeptide Enzymatic and chemical determination of carbohydrate unknowns Purification of Glutamate Oxaloacetate Transaminase from pig heart muscle (5 lab periods) n Three step purification of an active enzyme from a natural source.
