GENERAL COMMENTS �Automated telephone choices ‘saves time bothering the reception staff. �‘Appt line only’ �Consider ‘massage and chiropractor’ �‘Dr Khalique is very good’, ‘reception staff are lovely’ AF patient �‘I would like a doctor to stay permanently so there would be continuity of service’
