Big Bang Korean in Russian the Big Bang
Big Bang (Korean: 빅뱅; in Russian: the Big Bang, often stylized to BIGBANG) male music group in South Korea. History of the group was shown on television in July and August 2006 in the form of a documentary film entitled multiseries "Documentary about the Big Bang» (Big Bang Documentary). Originally the group consisted of 6 members, one of whom, Chang-Hyun Son (now a member of BEAST), was expelled during the broadcast of the show before the official debut of the group that led to the present composition of the team.
Having signed a contract with YG Entertainment, Big Bang released several successful singles and mini albums. The first release of the group was a mini-album «Always» (2007), spawned a hit single «Lies» (in Korean: 거짓말; romanized: Geojitmal; in Russian: False). Subsequent mini-albums «Hot Issue» and «Stand Up» also were successful. After receiving the award and the title of "Artist of the Year" at the Music Festival channel Mnet (M. net KM Music Festival) and at the Seoul Music Awards ceremony (Seoul Gayo Daesang Award), the group began active work in Japan, releasing several mini-albums and digital singles. The guys spent almost no promotion of this work, but after the release of the first physical single Japanese «My Heaven» a year later, they had often visited various Japanese shows and music programs.
Until the end of 2009 the name of the «Big Bang» start to lead the search queries, South Korea. They also became the first foreign group in Japan, which won the award for "Best Novice" at the awards ceremony the Japanese cable TV (Japan Cable Broadcasting Award), and the first Korean artist to receive the award Japan Records award. Over the years, the participants also engaged in solo activities: The. Yan and G-Dragon released solo albums and singles, while the TOP, Tae Song and Syn. Ri took up acting.
