Part IV - Instructions to Contractors What is this document? • Provides Contractors, its personnel and its sub-contractors, with instructions and guidance applicable to NSPA Contractors supporting NATO Operations. Exhibit III - Technical Proposal Instructions What has to be provided? • At a minimum, the Contractor shall provide, but not be limited to: • Furniture for offices, conference rooms, workshops, living quarters, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Facilities. • Office supplies. • Gym/Sports equipment. • Office equipment. • Information and Communications Technology Equipment • Other items not included in the above categories may be ordered. • The Contractor shall procure and transport items to designated delivery points to meet Customer requirements within the timelines identified in each Tasking RFP; • All items shall be provided in accordance with applicable technical specifications and shall be delivered free of defects; • If requested, the Contractor is to provide samples of requested items. Technical Proposal How should I put my technical proposal together? • • • No pricing information in the technical proposal! Bidders shall submit proposals in accordance with how technical evaluations will be conducted; Proposals shall be clear and concise; Proposals shall reference relevant SOW paragraphs when stating a SOW requirement is met; It is recommended that firms repeat Technical Assumptions stated in the Commercial Compliance Section. FIRMS MUST DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES.
