TOPIC AND SCOPE • Choose a topic • Limit scope on large topics
FIND SOME VERSES • Using the principals of correlation, find verses that relate to the topic • Try looking up keywords, synonyms, antonyms, and related words
STUDY THE VERSES • Using the principles of observation, interpretation, and application, study the verses you found • Write the key thought of each verse
SORT THE VERSES • Group the verses by their key thoughts • Write the key thought of each category • Write the key thought of the whole study
APPLY • Choose one from the list of possible applications that you believe God wants you to work on • State the problem • Cite an example of the problem • State the solutions • Describe, in a specific way, how you will apply the solution
