Highlights • We have organised Steelium Vijeta Awards at two of our major customers M/s. A. V. Auto Indusries Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Hira Filters on 24 th Dec-2013. • Mr. Manoj Sharma – Sr. Manager Operations, Mr. Baikunth Singla, Mr. Suresh Kumar and Mr. Ravi Verma were present from Bhagwati Steel Sales. • At A. V. Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. , Vijeta Awards were given away by Mr. Manoj Sharma and Mr. Subhash Tyagi – Plant Head. At Hira Filters, awards were given away by Mr. Manoj Sharma & Mr. Rajneesh Kumar – G. M. The awards were given in three categories i. e. Gold, Silver and Bronz to shop floor workers. Each winner was awarded with the Vijeta trophy, Vijeta certificate, gift & voucher. • Refreshments were distributed among all the employees of customers.

A. V. Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. , Baddi – A Brief Profile M/s. A. V. Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 1986 by Mr. A K Chawla the Managing Director of the company. Approx. 190 nos. employees are working with them. They are manufacturer of various parts for Tractor Industry like fuel tanks, seating systems, Dash Board, etc. Mr. Subhash Tyagi is the head of Baddi unit. M/s. A. V. Auto Industries Pvt. Ltd. is one of our reputed customers in Steelium and one of ECA in Astrum. They have a monthly consumption of approx. 60 mt. They are vendors of Mahindra & Mahindra, Harita, HMT Ltd, Indo Farm. They have in house facilities like lathe machine, shearing machine, paint sections etc.

Hira filters was started under the aegis of late SH. M. L. CHANANA who himself was an able technocrat with deep clairvoyance of engineering aspects in mechanical segment. Customer is associated with reputed giants like HMT Ltd. by providing finesse in sheet metal products. They have been manufacturing technologically lauded filters for PUROLATOR (I) LTD. now MAHLE FILTERS (I) LTD. which caters to the need of filters for eminent companies like BAJAJ AUTO LTD, FORCE MOTER , HPPL, KOMATSU, MAHINDRA etc. M/s. Hira Filters also supply quality air filters to general market. They are Hira filters is located at Baddi (HP) and has a employee strength of approx. 50 nos.
