Poster Guidelines: • Presenters are responsible for the printing and shipping of their own posters. • Posters must be no larger than 36 inches wide by 48 inches tall (3’ by 4’ portrait). • Posters will be hung on the provided large free-standing poster boards and must be printed on material that is able to be fastened by push pins or Velcro. • We will not have ability to display any additional materials or demonstration equipment (i. e. , you will not have access to outlets or tables). • The content of the poster should be publicly releasable information since it will be posted in a public forum. • Please utilize the Project Funding Table below that best fits your project AOP/DFO Projects Total Funding Pre.
