RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Analyze respective efforts for redundancies and opportunities 2. Joint pass – City Sports Center and YMCA 3. Work towards a joint recreation pass between adjacent cities 4. Master Planning efforts – Civic Center Master Plan 5. Relocate Teen Center to the library 6. Offer all services within the new joint Teen Center for free 7. Preview City/YMCA recreation offerings through Library adult wellness classes 8. Implement joint and collaborative marketing 9. Develop partnership agreements utilizing best practices (Morgan Hill and YMCA) 10. Collect and organize existing participant data
