Best Practice Examples for Employers from A Great Place to Work in Italy Suggestions from General Managers and HR Managers
Structure of this presentation It is divided into two parts: 1. Best practice in five different companies: method and best practice in detail and in keywords. 2. Methodological Criteria A aspects: used to collect data; Great Place to Work method.
Adecco A special section for «A Great Place to Work» in the company intranet to give free access to all employees to the good practice in the territory and in the company. A special program for their staff, called Adecco 4 Us, to collect all possible nedds of welfare of employees. A Kick Off Meeting of two days for all employees, whose theme is «Work in Passion» . The aim is to understand the good practice already present in the company and to collect suggestions about what needs to be improved.
