Stand up Straight How would you feel? How would the bully feel?
Look the bully in the eyes How would you feel? How would the bully feel?
Walk away without saying a word How would you feel? How would the bully feel?
This might make the bully stop because he or she is bored when you don’t react Click here BUT Click here If the bully continues to bother you
Take a deep breath and say ‘No!’ very loudly How would you feel? How would the bully feel? NO!
Stand up straight, in front of a mirror PRACTISE EACH DAY Say ‘NO!’ really loudly NO! Look at your eyes – make them look stern
Practise things you could say to the bully Go away! Leave me alone! Don’t bully me!
Speak firmly to the bully Go away! How do you feel now? Leave me alone! Don’t bully me! How is the bully feeling?
Has the bully stopped? Yes No
Jump for joy You’ve beaten the bully!!!
