Job Deskription Group coordinator • Job Desk : • Coordinator Function • Regularly coordinates with front Office on all group reservations details. • Coordinates all activities related to the accounts. • Coordinate with other departments for information. i. e. catering for function space blocking, guestroom blocking, equipment, menus, group meal and others. • Conduct site inspection if required • Ensures all guestrooms and other related group requirements including deposits/service vouchers/company letter of authorization are ready and available upon arrival. • Handles clients’/guests’ request independently by supplying information and by getting in touch with concerned departments to assist guest requests and needs. • Ensures that all preparation for group check out requirements are checked and coordinated with respective department’s prior to group departure. • Reviews master folio with group organizer and Front Office Manager or supervisor upon check out or after each event. • Updates revenue for materialized group events in the Rhapsody system
