Becoming a Facilitator of ICA’s Technology of Participation To. P™ Taiwan 2010 Program Overview: An intensive training program based on theory and practice of ICA’s Technology of Participation™ methods, for those who wish to raise their core competency in group and individual processes. The Program includes: • Learning Intention - Created at the beginning, reviewed regularly and evaluated at completion of FDP • Personal Mentoring - 8 sessions • Team Learning - Monthly sessions • Required Courses - 7 courses currently in the basic curriculum • Facilitation Monitoring - 3 actual monitored facilitation events
