Class Rep • Class Rep is an essential position with key roles: 1) To engage and collate classmates' views and opinions 2) Analysis of feedback to capture important points 3) Attend, present and contribute to important meetings 4) Partner with staff and students to come up with solutions to issues 5) Support engagement in quality processes 6) Feedback to classmates about enhancements and improvements
How you fit in Class Reps lead the student voice at the programme/module level in each School They are supported by and work with the disciplines or themes Vice-President to communicate the learning experience Both Class Reps and VP’s are expected to attend the SSLC’s or equivalent meetings Key issues feed up to the School President who leads representation and sits on key committees School Board Learning & Teaching Quality & Academic Standards School President Vice-Presidents Student-Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC) Class Reps
What do I get out of it? • As an active Class Rep you can apply for the joint Uo.
