RECOMMENDATION Staff is recommending that the Commission adopt the following revised findings in support of the Commission’s March 12, 2015 approval (with conditions) of Coastal Development Permit No. 5 -131233. The Commission-approved project consisted of a passive open space park master plan and a thirtytwo lot residential development. The Commission also required that a portion of the land area approved for residential development, comprised of four lots along Marina Drive, to be reserved for visitor-serving use, including lower cost overnight accommodations. Sixteen special conditions have been imposed to support the Commission’s approval of the project.
