Incident Report Emails It is now possible to email incident report information directly from Basic. Safe to both internal and external sources. Corporate administrators are required to create a list of acceptable recipients of these email messages and a template for messages leaving the system.

Incident Report Emails There is now a new list feature for setting up the email recipients and the templates

Incident Report Emails The list feature allows corporate administrators to create a standard list of email recipients. These can be both internal personnel, or external personnel (such as claims administrators)

Incident Report Emails Once a list of acceptable recipients is created, click the EMAIL TEMPLATE SETUP to create a standard template for each incident type.

Incident Report Emails Select the incident type, and then ADD NEW TEMPLATE. Create as many templates as you like for each incident type, but only one can be active for each incident type.
