Banner INB (Internet Native Banner) The side of Banner that will most closely function as Nell and Sam. Menu, in which administrative procedures and tasks will be completed. SSB (Self-Service Banner) The side of Banner in which staff, faculty and students will have access to review and change certain types of personal information and initiate certain administrative requests, etc. 7

Data Integrity guidelines define responsibilities of everyone accessing and managing enterprise operational data. These guidelines were developed to ensure: Database integrity Regulatory compliance Security controls Achieve the goals of efficient, professional, and cost-effective communication for the SHSU community 11

Pull Down Menu Banner retains a list in the File menu of the forms accessed during your current Banner session. The list is refreshed each time you log out and log back into Banner. 19

INB Printing 1. The Print option under File will print a screen shot of the current screen (PRINT SCREEN) 2. WEBUTIL saves the report to a specified location. To use this functionality: Run report Choose Show Document from the Options menu (prompts to save file) Reports save as a. LIS format Open using a text editor (Notepad, Word. Pad or MS Word) 36
