Conclusions Increased need for prevention and informative campaigns on risks of child trafficking. Most of the centers for children victims of trafficking have been closed or changed their initial destination due to lack of resources and trained professionals. Few professionals are trained to work with complex trauma and few victims have access to services tailored for them. 16
Conclusions Most of the professionals are overloaded with work so they find themselves in the impossibility to offer support and accompany the children with complex and multiple traumas. Lack of collaboration between institution and departments involved in work against child trafficking (ANPDC, DIICOT, Local Trafficking Centers, Ministry of Justice). Lack of preparation and support for victims before judicial hearings and of child-sensitive services and procedures to protect children from re-victimisation in legal proceedings. 17
Conclusions Increase the multidisciplinary team and collaboration between institutions and professionals working with children victims of abuse. Need for continuing training of professionals (psychologists, social assistants, policemen, judges etc. ) that get in contact and work with children with complex trauma 18
