Project summary and processes In this project it is my attempt to through diet exercise and the quitting of bad habits to lose weight and improve the overall health of my body. I will do this through a workout routine designed by EA sports personal trainer for the WII, which lays out the workout. Also I will be weaning myself of cigarettes and improving my diet. I hope to see both a loss in weight and in body mass index (BMI) as well as a improvement in mood and energy levels. Then health level will be determined by the formula: ((((weight/BMI)-exercise levels)+# of Cigarettes)-#of meals)*(mood/energy)
outcome Throughout this process I lost a total of 9. 4 lbs and sow a decrease in body mass of 1. 2. I also completely quit smoking. My mood and energy levels showed a slight increase in correlation with the decrease of both number of cigarettes and weight but there is no direct correlation because of other factors affecting them. While I began with a health level of 16. 79 on the first day I ended with a health level of. 59. (scale being from 0 to 21 with 0 being best and 21 worst)

evaluation All in all I had fun with this project and because of it I was finally able to quit smoking and am on the road to a healthier life. It wasn’t easy but I was able to apply the statistical knowledge I have gained this semester to my everyday life in a beneficial way.
