Backcasting/Organizational Diagnostic
What is Organizational Ecosystem Backcasting? A method in which the future desired conditions are envisioned for each subsystem within the wider organizational ecosystem. Steps are then defined in a reverse engineering type process to attain the necessary conditions. This process ensures a more rigorous consideration of the individual, social, organization, infrastructure and planetary systems involved. It unlocks more clarity by avoiding a mere continuation of present methods extrapolated into the future
