Parent & Community Engagement One ECISD Guiding Principle: The parents/guardians of our students as well as our community are integral to success. • Volunteer programs that support reading, leadership coaching and mentoring have been identified and will continue in a virtual format. • Utilize VOLY, our online volunteer records management system, which is found at https: //ectorcountyisd. voly. org/. Volunteer applications and training will be online. • The need for volunteers will be determined by each campus and department and will be reviewed by the Development Office. • Visitors to buildings will be limited. All visitors will be screened according to current guidelines.
