A continuous feedback loop for partners to understand the wants and needs identified during the engagement. These wants and needs will be incorporated into the template, and new templates will be identified that all SLG industry customers can take advantage of. Partner training, where an hour is dedicated weekly to partners to train them on how to use the supported IP.
