Ten things to know about the Microsoft agreements in CSP 1. The Microsoft Customer Agreement is available in CSP from October 1, 2019 2. Only customers moving to the new Azure offer must be on the Microsoft Customer Agreement at this time 3. Any customer may now accept the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement 4. The Microsoft Cloud Agreement will be retired on January 31, 2020 5. Partners currently attest that the customer has accepted the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement 6. In 2020 partners will be able to send a link to a customer to accept the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center 7. In 2020 partners will be able to look up to see if the customer has already accepted the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement with Microsoft 8. Direct Partners and Indirect Providers are responsible for confirming customer acceptance of the Microsoft Customer Agreement 9. The new Microsoft Partner Agreement is available for all partners to accept, and must be accepted by January 31, 2020 10. There is no relationship between the Microsoft Partner Agreement and transacting the new Azure offer November 2019

Ten things to know about the Azure plan 1. The Azure plan is the new Azure offer, available from November 1, 2019, and the original Azure offer will also be available for one year from that date 2. An Azure plan groups Azure Subscriptions together, and links a customer and partner from a billing perspective 3. If a customer works with multiple partners, they will have multiple Azure plans: 1 per partner 4. The Azure plan can’t be transacted for a customer until they have accepted the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement 5. The Azure plan can’t be transacted for a customer if they have the original Azure offer, they must be transitioned to the Azure plan 6. A customer can’t be transitioned to the Azure plan until they have accepted the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement 7. Transitions to the Azure plan are managed by the partner with no customer action required 8. Original levels of access are maintained after the transition 9. The transition action is irreversible 10. Azure Subscriptions are managed in the Azure Management Portal when the customer is on the Azure plan November 2019
