• Fast - Dispense a 100 µL, 3 ingredient, 96 well grid in as little as 60 seconds. • Precise - Dispense volumes down to 100 n. L with CVs below 5%. No upper limit on dispense volume. • Reliable – chemically inert, self washing, no regular maintenance required. Formulator 16 sp • Small – the footprint of the Formulator 16 sp is only 50% larger than a typical laptop computer. • Easy to use – no difficult programming or complicated usage steps. Design your experiments using an intuitive interface, place your ingredients and click go.
How does it work? • 96 outputs, one above each well. • One liquid is selected and distributed to all 96 outputs. • All outputs can be dispense at the same time. • Each output can be enabled or disabled independently.
How does it work? Dispensing 10 u. L Dispensing 100 n. L
How do I add ingredients? • Special septa fit standard laboratory bottles (e. g. Falcon tubes) • Put the septa on the bottle. • Place the bottle upside down on the device. • Use it. • Ask the formulator to wash the ingredient line and septa. • Take the ingredient off.
What models will you have? • 16 inputs, 1 plate capacity • 16 inputs, 3 plate capacity • 100 inputs, 5+ plate capacity • Availability Q 4 2007 to select customers, Q 1 2008 to everyone.
