Auto Maintenance Equipment Division 3. Maintenance Test liquid and Cleanser Selecting & Replacing Test liquid is only used by the main unit. The on-vehicle cleaning uses cleanser. The ultrasonic cleaning uses specified ultrasonic cleanser (It can be replaced by cleanser if there is no ultrasonic cleanser). The test liquid and cleanser are attached with the delivery of the unit. The blending ratio of cleanser (test liquid) vs fuel is 1: 4. Note: The test liquid is easily to accumulate many impurities after a period using, which tends to block the injector, so change it regularly. Drain the cleanser from the fuel tank by pressing [drain] button. It is better to clean the fuel tank with a little cleanser before filling new. Warning! Only use test liquid by the main unit. Do not use cleanser, otherwise it will damage the rubber sealing parts. After the onvehicle cleaning finishes or the cleanser is misused by the main unit, should immediately & thoroughly clean the fuel LAUNCH

Replace the filter periodically to ensure CNC work normally. Procedures: a) Loosen the locking screws on both ends of the gasoline filter. Cover the filter connector with a towel and remove the filter. b) Mount a new gasoline filter in the original direction, and tighten the locking clip. c) Turn on CNC and set a random pressure value to test if there is any leakage in the connectors.
