Mandatos negativos con tú Verbs that end with -car, -gar, and -zar have a spelling change in the negative tú commands in order to keep the original sound of the verb. The changes are as follows: -car verbs (c-qu), then we add the opposite tú ending. Ex: (sacar) No saques la basura. -gar verbs (g - gu), then we add the opposite tú ending. Ex. (llegar) No llegues tarde. -zar verbs (z - c), then we add the opposite tú ending. Ex. (cruzar) No cruces aquí.
