Where is Austria? ◦ Austria is in Europe and borders Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Liechte nstein, Slovaki, Slovenia, and Switzerland.
Austria traditions Easter Every Easter Austrians have a tradition which settles at breakfast or brunch, they are served colourful Boiled eggs with a slice off cake shaped As an Easter bunny, before they eat their Egg a battle commences. (Seeing whose would Breaking first by tapping them together firmly) Scary mask processions other wise known as ‘The Krampus parade’ is a parade that takes place at night, marchers dress up in furry costumes and put masks on to resemble a cross between vikings and cavemen.
Food The most common food in Austria is meat (Beef, chicken, turkey etc, ). This is a traditional dinner in Austria, it is served with a side of fried potatoes, sour cream and onions.
