Punctuation Matters

Punctuation �On the next slide, there is a passage with no punctuation. �Add punctuation as necessary. You don’t have to rewrite the entire paragraph, just write what comes before and after the necessary punctuation (and, of course, include the punctuation).

No-Punctuation Paragraph (Everyday Edit paragraph) �To escape the German concentration camps the Jewish family of Otto Frank went into hiding in 1942 During the familys two years in hiding thirteen year old Anne Frank kept a diary She wrote her last diary entry on August 1 1944 Three days later police raided the familys hiding place Anne and her sister were shipped to concentration camps Anne died there nine months later Since that time Annes diary has been published in thirty languages
