ACC Discounts – Small & Medium Businesses Workplace Safety Discount No Claims Discount • 10% Work Levy Discount 3 years • • Available to any business with 10 or less employees or payroll of less than $578, 000 Automatic enrolment if Work Levy <$10, 000 and Liable Earnings over full-time minimum for the last 3 years • How many weekly compensation days did ACC pay during the 3 year claims experience period – 10% discount = 0 weekly comp days – 0% no change = 1 – 70 weekly comp days – 10% loading = 70+ weekly comp days • Open to all industries • Fill in a self-assessment booklet and provide Health & Safety documentation • Maybe subject to an audit
